V.	YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING:
	1.	A non-refundable application processing fee of 120 euros should be paid by
		Swift or Money/Postal Order to: CASS Europe 40 Rue des Drapiers B-1050 Brussels Belgium
	2.	Official transcript or copies of diplomas/degrees
	3.	A curriculum vitae in English
	4.	Two passport-sized photographs
	5.	Two letters of recommendation

Notes.
i.	A printed and completed version of this application form should be sent to:

ii.	Applications are received on a rolling basis until places are filled. You will be notified of the result of your application within 4 weeks of receiving the completed form together with all the necessary documents

iii.	Annual tuition fees:
	BBA = 6 000 euros
	Integrated Advanced Bachelor/Preparatory Masters program = 6 500 euros
	MBA = 8 000 euros
	DBA = 14 000 euros
	MGM = 7 500 euros
	Other Masters programs = 8 500 euros
	Sessions for all programs: September and January each academic year.
