Management Development and Consultancy

The CASS Center for Management Development and Consultancy represents the commercial arm of the school's activities. It works closely with business, state, as well as multilateral institutions internationally in offering tailor-made training programs and consultancy services in specific areas for which CASS has particular competency. The training programs are of short duration (usually for three months or less at a time) and participants can gradually build their competencies from Graduate Certificate level through Postgraduate Diploma and Master's. The Center currently has the following programs at the Graduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma, and Master's levels:

• Public Procurement
• Project Finance Procurement
• International Tendering/Bidding for Large Projects
• Health Sector Management
